Business form: name, business name, role, WhatsApp number. Purpose: contacting you about your request and finding staff.
Candidate form: name, WhatsApp number, profession. Purpose: keeping your contact in our candidate database and offering you vacancies.
Legal basis
Your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the checkbox. You can withdraw it at any time.
Retention
Business requests: for the duration of our relationship plus legal periods. Candidate contacts: 12 months.
Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties except processors: Telegram (manager notifications), Google (request spreadsheet), Cloudflare (hosting).
